Last Saturday on the 18th,  I went back to my good ol' workplace at Boat Quay Singapore, BENE SPAGHETTI for a visit as I was craving for some pasta and pizza. Prior to our visit, we were at Harbourfront along with some other homies from Photo Republic (also known as Photo IG) for a little strolling around the area and also in an attempt to take some landscapes- but i failed.

I've worked at this little Japanese-Italian restaurant for quite a while (around 9 months) and its pretty sad to see more and more people leaving the workplace, I wished I could stay too, but the circumstances didn't allowed me to do so. :(

However,  I ensure you that the food is good and the hall service is still decent. I brought many of my friends there and they all liked the food. One of them blogged about it: Adelene - please check it out as I feel that she did a great job!

The whole restaurant produces a very cosy and home-ly feeling to their customers and they'd surely strive to provide you with the best food and service! The head chef and bosses are authentic air-flown japanese people hence the japanese vibe is definitely there if you like the culture ;) - which i adore.

If you'd like to visit, these are my favorite dishes:

Starters: 
Napoli Fritters
Grilled Mushrooms and Beef in Aluminium Foil with miso

Mains: 
Seafood Pizza
Bongore Spaghetti (clams in white wine sauce)

I definitely also recommend that you try their homemade Tiramisu for dessert! If you are going there as a group of 4, you also get the Assorted Antipasto that comes with at least 6 homemade appetizers ;)! If you would like to have a party, there's also packages available!

The best part: THERE IS FREE FLOW WINE FOR $15 (females) / $18 (males)!!! (if I'm not wrong the promotion is up till the end of January so go go!!)

New Year Sick Me and some cats

It's 2014 already! 

I began the year by getting sick, hence instead of starting school on the 2nd, I got extra 2 days off! It continued with the weekends so my first day of school is tomorrow (5th). Though it sounds pretty good but... being sick is no fun at all, I feel like death. 

Tired most of the time or drowsy thanks to the medicine. 

Wasn't feeling well but I still decided to head down to capture some photos of the cats in my neighborhood. Met 3 of them but... my hand was shaking a lot (probably cause I'm unwell) so the bulk of the photos turned out shaky or out of focus.   Boohoo! 

This cat is my favorite though! She always accompanies me to wait for my bus and here's a video I took a while back of her attempt at seducing me ): 

Also, I finally edited my blog and reverted all the previous posts back to draft again.
